Start concentrating now

At the Experimental Biology 2005 exposition, Genevac announced a range of centrifugal concentrators for molecular biology applications.

The miVac range is designed to deliver careful and speedy drying in most biological applications. Special methods for drying aqueous and alcohol-based samples are included in all models. These concentrators feature full LCD display with programmable digital controls. A range of matching vacuum pumps is also available. The systems allow those working with DNA, RNA, peptides, oligonucleotides and proteins to safely concentrate or dry samples. A refrigerated cold trap is available as an add-on unit for miVac concentrators to further speed concentration and recover waste solvent.
