Use the triple detective

ViscotekÆs Triple Detector Array (TDA) can be used to characterise proteins, protein aggregates and other biopolymers.

TDA operates online in a continuous-flow mode and provides protein molecular weight, size (hydrodynamic radii down to 1 nm) and conformation in one experiment. Triple detection also provides intrinsic viscosity, enabling recognition and recording of any structural protein changes. Triple detection analysis is a non-destructive method, so valuable protein samples can be recovered. Employing a concentration detector, viscometer and light-scattering detector in tandem, TDA gives absolute molecular characterization of protein samples.
