BioBank solves storage problems
BioBank is one part of Thermo ElectronÆs total laboratory automation solution and its patented rack storage system enables the location of the robotics in ambient-temperature space. This design isolates the robotics from ultra-low temperatures that can cause mechanical failures. Frost build-up is negligible thanks to a humidity-controlled enclosure (<5% relative humidity), giving the BioBank exceptional reliability and allows preventive maintenance without disturbing sample integrity. BioBank is the perfect solution for storage of cell-based assays, bacterial clones, tissue banks, proteomics, DNA libraries and oligo stocks.
