Dot, slot, spot and blot

Immobilon Western HRP and AP chemiluminescent substrates provide high signal response at mid-femtogram levels. Primarily for use in Western and dot/slot/spot-blotting applications, each substrate has a high signal intensity to facilitate the detection of highand low-abundance proteins. They use up to five times lower quantities of antibody than do traditional, low-sensitivity substrates. As a result, the reagent costs are significantly reduced. Available in ready-to-use formats, these two substrates are compatible with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and nitrocellulose membranes, and also all the commonly used buffers and blocking reagents.
