BacLite RapiTECT GN is designed for rapid and sensitive enumeration of Gram-negative bacterial cells. Performance data compare favourably with current methods, including ATP bioluminescence. The time to result is determined by assay design, but typically the enumeration results can be achieved in minutes, and growth-based results within a few hours.
