The flexible, accessible and modular system allows EIA, chemiluminescence and IFA on a single platform. The Diamedix concept of random access, integration and consolidation is fully realised using ParsecÆs modular architecture with its internal tracking system. The system allows continuous access for loading samples, additional assays and consumables, both concurrently and in real time. The modular design makes Parsec ideal for both small and high-throughput departments, with each system configured for the needs of the individual laboratory. Intelligent software interacts with Parsec anywhere on a local network or over the internet. Alerts are given when runs are complete via paging, voicemail and email. Other benefits include positive sample and reagent identification, noncontact level sensing, use of regular disposable pipette tips and innovative pipetting and wash systems. Parsec, coupled with the Diamedix range for microbiology, autoimmune, IFA and comprehensive allergy profiling, provides a complete repertoire in one system.
