Moving and shaking
The SBS40, with a choice of linear or shaking action, is ideal for bench-top applications requiring combined agitation and heating. Now equipped with a low-level water sensor, the bath will automatically switch off in order to protect samples. Heaters are situated underneath the stainless steel tank to allow easy cleaning and a drain facilitates easy emptying. A new digital encoder provides accurate speed and temperature control, both of which are visible on an easy-to-read LED display. An extended speed range also allows improved minimum and maximum shaking speed. A range of stainless steel test tube holders is also available, designed to accommodate most popular tube types.
