Touch of Frost

Beckman Coulter UK has announced the appointment of Peter Frost as its new customer support manager, based at its High Wycombe offices.

He will be responsible for a team of over 80 people including field engineers and coordinators, technical specialists, hotline specialists, customer trainers and administration staff. "The real test of a company's customer support function is how that service responds if problems occur," Peter explained. "Only the right level of support will enable a customer to run their laboratory in an efficient and stress-free manner. That is what we will be delivering, to improve the Beckman Coulter customer experience."
