ESA expands European customer service

ESA Biosciences has opened an expanded service and support centre in St Neots to provide an enhanced level of customer service and support throughout Europe for its expanding base of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detectors, including the popular Corona charged aerosol detector (CAD).

“The opening of this new service centre represents an expansion of ESA’s authorised, trained service and support network to better serve its rapidly growing user base,” said Eddie Goodall (general manager, ESA Biosciences in Europe). “The Corona CAD has been adopted by many companies because it solves analytical challenges that no other technology can address.

The ideal complement to ultraviolet (UV) detection, Corona delivers orders-of-magnitude advantages in sensitivity, dynamic range, consistency, reproducibility and ease of use, providing universal HPLC detection of virtually any non-volatile or semi-volatile compound, including proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and small molecules.

ESA Biosciences applies its expertise to specialty HPLC detection and electrochemistry, components, kits and reagents for analytical and commercial diagnostics laboratories, and in the clinical point-of-care setting.
