Services for LIMS rental customers

While many customers prefer to undertake these tasks themselves, competition for time with other day-to-day priorities may slow down the LIMS implementation. These new rental services are designed to eliminate this problem and bring the benefits of WinLIMS online quickly and economically, without disrupting the work of the laboratory.”

WinLIMS Rental services include data upload, instrument interface configuration, and assistance with customising reports.

Many users train themselves using the extensive teaching aids provided with WinLIMS Rental, but conventional training is also available from QSI, if preferred. Furthermore, for those who are really pressed for time, a full implementation package can be provided.
