Dry-Dye Check Strips, together with good record keeping, contribute to compliance with quality assurance requirements for microwell readers.
Dry-Dye consists of 12-well microtitre strips containing dilutions of dye that, when reconstituted, provide accurate serial dilutions.
The wells can then be read and the results recorded. Charts for linearity plots and calibration recording are provided. Each pack contains six strips, and three wavelengths (402 nm, 450 nm, and 492 nm) are available.
The product, developed by Awareness Technology, manufacturer of Statfax enzyme immunoassay (EIA) readers and washers, is available through BioConnections.
