Orion Locums acquires Atlantis Medical

Managing director Helen Rudanec said: “We are delighted to confirm the outcome of our discussions with the directors of Atlantis Medical and welcome them to the board of Orion Locums. We have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Atlantis for a considerable time and all parties feel that this is a natural progression of our relationship.”

Under the terms of the agreement, the directors and staff at Atlantis will form the Biomedical and Health Sciences Division of Orion Locums. The company is an NHS PASA Framework Agency, so the skills and experience provided by the staff from Atlantis will greatly enhance the quality and range of services offered to clients and to locums.

The Biomedical and Health Sciences Division of Orion Locums is based at the company’s Basildon head office; however, satellite offices in Swansea and Reading will provide support at a regional level.
