Preston-based Image Solutions has launched the personalDV system to provide highresolution fixed- and live-cell imaging in a single integrated bench-top format.
Applied Precision’s proprietary illumination design features a xenon light source to provide over 1000 hours of continuous illumination for the longterm studies required in live-cell imaging. Combined with a newly designed 10-position excitation filter wheel and six-position emission filter wheel, the personalDV provides fast multi-channel acquisition.
Each personalDV system is designed as a platform with the capability to accept upgrades and options available for the larger DeltaVision core system. These include multiplexed wavelength imaging, the live-cell filter set, WeatherStation environmental control, softWoRx visualisation and analysis software, the standalone softWoRx workstation, and a 24-inch LCD monitor.
