Tepnel extends licence agreement with Luminex

Tepnel’s LifeMatch products are used for the measurement and detection of human leucocyte antigen (HLA) markers, which are used in the field of bone marrow and solid organ transplantation. These products permit the rapid analysis of a donor’s HLA type to determine if they are a potential match to a patient awaiting transplantation.

Tepnel develops highly multiplexed DNAand protein-based assays and user-friendly software for its successful LifeMatch product line. The Luminex technology allows Tepnel Lifecodes users to analyse up to 100 simultaneous reactions on a single patient sample.
