A new strategic business partnership between QSI, suppliers of WinLIMS to over 800 sites worldwide, and Brady Corporation, a labelling technology company, can now deliver solutions for sample labelling and laboratory information management.
Brady’s labelling products provide secure, permanent labelling solutions for the most demanding laboratory environments and can contain far more information about the sample than any handwritten label. Software, printers and readers are available to produce labels for use on most commonly used laboratory consumables, including microscope slides, well plates, vials, centrifuge tubes and flasks.
In combination, these technologies offer new possibilities to exploit the full potential of laboratory information management, and the new partnership will ensure seamless integration of a laboratory’s sample ID and labelling system with WinLIMS.
