Automated antibiotic susceptibility testing

Biomic V3 has been designed to complement other automated systems, or it can serve as a primary antibiotic susceptibility testing and identification (AST-ID) system. Streamlining laboratory workflow, it standardises test results by eliminating reading variability and transcription errors, and can read up to 360 sensitivity plates per hour.

The time-saving image analyser features a bidirectional laboratory information system, touchscreen, barcoding, rapid-batch entry, multisystem networking and worklist download capabilities.
