Short interfering RNAs expanded

Silencer Select siRNAs provide a set of predesigned short interfering RNAs (siRNAs), which have been developed using Applied Biosystems’ proprietary siRNA design algorithm to silence specific genes. The siRNAs are chemically modified to enhance the specificity of silencing, resulting in consistent gene silencing at lower siRNA concentrations.

Silencer Select siRNAs extend Applied Biosystems’ existing range of Silencer siRNAs, which provides highly effective siRNAs for each human, mouse and rat gene, siRNA libraries and custom siRNA libraries.
