Human miRNA microarrays

Invitrogen has launched the NCode human miRNA microarray V3, which includes new content from the Sanger database 10.0 as well as 373 new sequences discovered through deep sequencing.

The NCode human miRNA microarray enables sensitive and reproducible profiling of miRNAs and provides researchers with a powerful tool to profile miRNA expression patterns in any disease or developmental state. In addition, the array is spotted with an extensive range of controls, giving confidence in the experimental results.
