Custom baculovirus expression services

The services available include gene synthesis, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) cloning, subcloning, production of recombinant virus using flashBAC or flashBACGOLD virus DNA, optimisation of expression, protein production and purification, and next-day virus titration using OET’s baculoQUANT methodology. Each service provides defined deliverables with relevant documentation. The gene synthesis service meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, and additional services are available on request.
