Centricity supports pan-Warwickshire service

The close cooperation of the three laboratories will deliver major savings by rationalising the services and providing the end user with a single point of access to all pathology results across the area. Fundamental to the process will be the move of the existing Centricity laboratory system to high-resilient servers on Coventry's Walsgrave site and its extension to replace the other two sites’ legacy systems. All information will reside in a single database but the inherent multisite configuration options will still support detailed activity analysis by the trust.
