Using advanced workflow management tools, which will be deployed by SRC’s experienced team, critical dictations containing vital patient information will be prioritised and securely distributed automatically to the relevant secretaries. Users will also access the simple and intuitive WinScribe interface to quickly and easily find dictations, identify priority work and manage their time more effectively.

The solution also employs the SRC NotifyMe software module. This latest in a range of SRC software modules has been tailored to NHS requirements and enables doctors to be notified rapidly, via email or SMS messaging, that urgent dictations have been transcribed and are ready for checking. This will enhance and accelerate the review and approval cycles, further streamlining the overall document creation process.
