Ultrapure water purification

Elga LabWater has introduced two innovative additions to the awardwinning PURELAB flex range of laboratory water purification systems. Aimed at low-volume users, the PURELAB flex 3 produces up to 10 litres per day of type I ultrapure water, from tap water, while the PURELAB flex 4 is designed for polishing purified water up to ultrapure standards. The PURELAB flex offers many advantages for analytical and life science applications.

The point-of-use display provides absolute confidence in the water purity as the ultrapure water is
dispensed, displaying clear, easy-tounderstand information at all times. The total organic carbon (TOC) reading, critical for sensitive analytical applications, is displayed in real time, and biological impurities such as endotoxins, DNase, RNase and bacteria are removed efficiently by point-of-use filters. The PURELAB flex 3 and 4 are flexible water purification systems that can be adapted to respond to a laboratory’s changing water purity needs.
