The Prolisa C. difficile GDH (glutamate dehydrogenase) enzyme immunoassay (EIA) achieves excellent sensitivity and specificity thanks to a mouse monoclonal GDH antibody, and it offers a high negative predictive value so that C. difficile infection can be ruled out quickly and easily.
