Convenient preparation of faecal samples

The opportunity to test for both faecal pancreatic elastase (to measure pancreatic exocrine function) and faecal M2-PK (for colorectal cancer screening) using the same stool extract is just one of the benefits delivered by the new ScheBo Master Quick-Prep device.

The addition of a bright orange dye to the extraction buffer, which makes it far easier to see if a well has been missed when pipetting extracted samples onto the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate, is another advantage that has been welcomed by customers.

The ScheBo Master Quick-Prep device enables fast, convenient and hygienic preparation of stool extracts, for quantitative assay with the ScheBo Pancreatic Elastase 1 stool test and/or ScheBo Tumor M2-PK stool test. A free sample of the ScheBo Master Quick-Prep device is available on email request to ScheBo Biotech.
