Webshop facilitates online ordering

Pharmaserve, a contract manufacturing site, is one company that has benefitted from using the website, as QC analyst Ainsley Eustace explained: “We purchase reference standards and impurities, particularly steroids, as we produce a lot of inhalers, to use for QC testing of our products. Before the launch of the LGC Standards’ webshop, we would have to phone the company to enquire about the price of the product, raise a purchase order, and then call back to complete the ordering process. Now, we can locate the item we need simply by searching the webshop for either the item number or a product description, check the price and place an order. Everything is so much quicker and easier using the webshop.”
