Trio supporting modern microbiology

Beckman Coulter’s microbiology portfolio includes the DxN VERIS Molecular System, a true time-saving random-access analyser that enhances productivity through flexible Lean workflow and consolidated extraction, amplification and detection.

Identification (ID) and antibiotic sensitivity testing (AST) is achieved with speed and accuracy using MicroScan systems, which benefit from direct minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) technology based on real growth, allowing detection of emerging resistance as it occurs.

Iris Urinalysis (UA) platforms, with digital-flow morphology technology, are designed specifically for recognition of particles in urine microscopy. The platforms deliver fast and accurate results with minimal need for manual review and repeat testing.
