CYCLERtest has introduced self-service calibration tools and support. Even small variations in the performance of qualitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) cyclers can damage their operation and reputation; therefore, it is a necessity to calibrate cyclers regularly.
With the unique self-service tools and support offered by CYCLERtest, calibration is easy. The system (calibrated in an ISO17025-accredited laboratory) is sent to the laboratory, users calibrate their equipment under guidance by ‘phone (30 minutes) from a qualified calibration engineer, the equipment is returned to CYCLERtest by courier (label provided), and CYCLERtest provides calibration reports for the cycler/incubator and the used hardware.
