UK NEQAS for Microbiology and Parasitology will be hosting its annual Scientific Meeting on 27 November 2026 in Central London.
Taking place at The Royal National Hotel, London, WC1H 0DG; the one-day event has the title: Tackling superbugs – the AMR challenge. The full agenda will be available soon at the UK NEQAS Microbiology website. The event is a great way to network, share information and provide educational feedback, latest developments in EQA and to say thank you for the ongoing support to all those involved in EQA.
On the day, delegates will have the opportunity to hear presentations by experts, meet with commercial companies to get an update on the latest technology available, network with other participants, and meet with members of the UK NEQAS Microbiology Division as well as members of the Steering Committee and Advisory Groups. Registration will be open from 08:45am, with refreshments and lunch will be provided. Delegates will receive a meeting pack and certificate of attendance will be provided.
This year sees the 40-year anniversary for UK NEQAS Parasitology (1986-2026) and with the annual event providing an opportunity for UK NEQAS Microbiology and Parasitology staff to meet participants, distributors and other stakeholders in-person, it is a perfect time to celebrate.
