EasyStrip Snap Tubes are available in different formats, depending on the required application. For standard PCR reactions, EasyStrip Snap Tubes are available in natural tubes with domed caps. For fluorescence applications, such as QPCR, Ultra Clear Caps (available in both white and natural tubes) provide an optically clear window into the reaction for enhanced detection of the fluorescent signal. Combined with the use of white tubes for higher signal-to-noise ratio and increased reflection of the fluorescence signal, this ensures highly sensitive and consistent QPCR results.
