HORIBA UK, Medical has announced that HORIBA and HORIBA Instruments have acquired MedTest Holdings, comprising MedTest Dx, Pointe Scientific, Clinitox Diagnostix and Medical Laboratory Solutions.
The acquisition will combine the complementary innovative technology offerings of the HORIBA Medical segment with MedTest Dx technology, Clinitox, and Pointe Scientific’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities, to address the multidisciplinary requirements of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) testing customers.
