BIOHIT HealthCare will be exhibiting at the upcoming BSG LIVE ’22 at the ICC in Birmingham. This event, which takes place on 20–23 June, showcases the latest clinical and educational developments within gastroenterology and hepatology.
BSG LIVE ’22 will also feature a wide range of national and international speakers, with highlights including a presentation by Dr Cinzia Papadia (consultant gastroenterologist at Barts Health NHS Trust). Entitled ‘A new pathway for detection, diagnosis and management of patients at risk of gastric adenocarcinoma’, this fascinating talk will take place on Tuesday 21 June in the Silent Symposium Auditorium, Hall 4.
Dr Papadia will be discussing how the Correa’s cascade presents an opportunity for detecting and monitoring precancerous lesions in the gastric mucosa, and will introduce a proposed model for the serological detection of chronic atrophic gastritis to improve case selection for gastroscopy.
