RCPath publishes Annual Report

The Royal College of Pathlogists (RCPath) has published its Annual Report 2022-23, entitled, ‘Supported pathologists. A stronger profession. Better care.’

The College is proud to support pathologists at every stage of their career and the 2022–2023 annual report represents just some of its work and initiatives. The annual report showcases how the College invests in its members and future pathologists, campaigns to raise the profile of pathology, and works with members and the public to improve health outcomes around the world.

The stories in the report provide examples of the College’s commitment to be innovative in how it supports learning and continued professional development and raises awareness of the challenges our members face. You can also read about our work in the fight against antimicrobial resistance and a first-hand account of the cervical screening programme and the role of pathology in saving lives.

RCPath President Mike Osborn commented: “None of our achievements, nor any of the work of the College, would be possible without the effort and support of College staff, lay people and the huge number of members who work tirelessly to facilitate all we do. I would like to personally thank everyone involved in the College … for all your help and support.”
