Chromatography software and plates aid screening and workflow

GE Healthcare has extended its range of PreDictor 96-well plates for high-throughput process development (HTPD) and parallel screening of chromatographic conditions with new Assist software and additional prefilled 96-well plates.

The Assist software is a key enhancement that helps to increase productivity by guiding the user through the experimental workflow: it supports experimental set up, keeps track of the data produced and then evaluates them. The software can also suggest an experimental design based on the type of study (eg binding, washing, elution or determination of adsorption isotherms).

PreDictor plates permit fast and efficient evaluation of up to 96 chromatography conditions per plate, reduce experimental time and decrease sample consumption. The AIEX/CIEX screening plates provide the flexibility to screen several chromatography media in a single plate, while the isotherm plates have been designed specifically to allow the simple and rapid determination of adsorption isotherms.
